Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson suffered a concussion during the second quarter of the Eagles’ 31-17 victory over the Falcons on Sunday.

Jackson was injured during a head-to-head collision with Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson and the receiver did not return. Jackson was attempting to catch a short pass from Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb when Robinson hit him at full speed.

Robinson was also injured on the play and was given a 15-yard penalty for hitting a defenseless receiver.

Jackson was an offensive force for the Eagles while on the field, netting 78 yards of total offense and two touchdowns before being injured.

His status for Week 7 is unknown, but the third-year receiver did miss a game with a concussion last season.
