From Bash Brother, to Roid Head, to Rat, Canseco has been one of baseball’s most popular figures for all the wrong reasons.
Since retiring, Canseco has tried his hand at boxing, MMA fighting and minor league baseball. But apparently, the former A’s, Red Sox, Rangers, Blue Jays, Yankees, White Sox and Rays slugger wants to test his hand in television production.
Canseco tweeted that Kenny Powers from HBO’s Eastbound and Down is based on his life and that he wants the producers to contact him so he can help the show out.
