It's been a busy week for Providence Bruins center Maxime Sauve.

First, the 20-year-old netted a hat trick in the team's first win Sunday in Springfield. Then, he was named head coach Rob Murray's player of the week for Providence's first week. And finally, he was the first guest on the weekly "P-Bruins Player Mailbag." with Adam Kaufman.

The two talked about a wide range of things, from what video games Sauve likes to play to why Sauve gets "grumpy" when the team goes out to eat. Also, Sauve did his best to explain to all New England listeners what the French-Candian dish poutine is.

Be sure to listen below for the entire "P-Bruins Player Mailbag" with Maxime Sauve.
