For Westborough, Mass. native Jordan Smotherman, playing for the Providence Bruins is a bit of a homecoming.

Smotherman has seen his career take him all over North America, as he played in the NHL and AHL in Quebec, Chicago, Atlanta and Syracuse before returning to New England this season. The left wing has two points through four games for the P-Bruins so far as he tries to make his way back to the NHL.

Smotherman spoke with Adam Kaufman about growing up in Massachusetts, the start of his season and his relationship with P-Bruins owner Larue Renfroe.
