NFL Summons Deadspin Editor A.J. Daulerio to Assist in Jenn Sterger-Brett Favre Case

The NFL is looking to nip this Brett Favre saga in the bud.

NFL security chief Milt Ahlerich has asked the editor of Deadspin to meet with him regarding the league’s investigation into Favre’s alleged inappropriate behavior, reports Deadspin’s editor, A.J. Daulerio.

It was Daulerio who broke the story about Favre’s alleged inappropriate text messages and photos to former New York Jets employee Jenn Sterger. Daulerio, who also published a voicemail from Favre to Sterger, published an email sent to him by Ahlerich asking for the two to meet regarding this matter, as seen in the screengrab below.

Daulerio told Pro Football Talk that he did not know if he would meet with Ahlerich. Sterger, meanwhile, has hired lawyers based out of Long Island to assist her through the matter.
