Shaquille O'Neal Ranked in GQ Magazine's '100 Most Powerful Bald Men in America' These guys make male pattern baldness look good.

Celtics center Shaquille O’Neal was recently listed as one of GQ Magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Bald Men in America. While Justin Bieber and Tom Brady may be leading the long-hair movement, there’s something to be said about a guy who can carry off the bald look.

As GQ puts it, “these are the men who put the balls in bald.”

Shaq is one of many athletes who grace the list, and is one of five athletes chosen from the NBA. Celtics’ teammate Kevin Garnett was also included in the list, along with Charles Barkley, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson. Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youkilis also made the rankings.

Curious about what other bald wonders made the cut? Check out the entire list on GQ’s website.

NESN.com will showcase one Moment of Shaq every day until the Celtics open the season against the Heat on Oct. 26 at the TD Garden.

Tuesday, Oct. 12: There’s a Shrine o’ Shaq in China.
