Adrian Beltre may or may not be back with the Red Sox in 2011, but his first season in Boston certainly proved to be a memorable one.

Beltre won the American League Silver Slugger Award for third base following his incredible 2010 season, in which he hit .321 with 28 homers and 102 RBIs. He led all AL third basemen in average, home runs, doubles (49), hits (189), slugging (.553) and OPS (.919).

The award was the second Silver Slugger in Beltre's career. The 31-year-old won one for the Dodgers in 2004, when he led the NL with 48 homers. Bill Mueller was the last Red Sox third baseman to earn the award back in 2003.
