A hefty $20,000 fine has been given to both Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco and New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott for violating the NFL's uniform policy.

Ochocinco was fined for wearing gold cleats during the Bengals 27-21 loss at Pittsburgh on Monday night. A regular offender in the NFL, Ochocinco was fined $25,000 earlier this season for posting on his Twitter before a game, which violates the league's social media policy.

Scott was fined for playing in the Jets 23-20 overtime victory at Detroit last week without his chinstraps snapped in at all times.

The NFL also fined Minnesota Vikings receiver Bernard Berrian $5,000 for wearing yellow cleats during the Vikings 27-24 overtime victory over Arizona last week.
