Matt Hunwick Tries to Inspire Bruins in Loss With Fight Following Listless First Period

It was another ugly showing for the Bruins in Nashville on Sunday afternoon.

The B’s played uninspired hockey for much of the game on their way to a 4-1 loss at the hands of the Thrashers.

Two Bruins who tried to get the team going were Matt Hunwick and Shawn Thornton. The duo dropped the gloves on separate occasions in the second period, a period in which the Bruins played their best hockey of the game.
