Left guard Logan Mankins will make his 2010 debut Sunday when the Patriots take on the Browns in Cleveland.

The Patriots announced their inactive list, which includes running back Fred Taylor (toe), safety Patrick Chung (knee), safety Jarrad Page (left calf), offensive lineman Ryan Wendell, offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger, defensive lineman Kyle Love, wide receiver Taylor Price and tackle Mark LeVoir. Wendell, Ohrnberger, Love, Price and LeVoir were not listed on this week's injury report.

Linebacker Brandon Spikes, who was listed as probable with a knee injury after being limited in Friday's practice, will be able to play. He'll play a key role in New England's ability to stop Browns running back Peyton Hillis. Also, wide receiver Matthew Slater will play Sunday after missing last week's game with an ankle injury.

Taylor is missing his fifth consecutive game, Page is out for the third consecutive week and Chung is out for the second straight game. Price has been a healthy scratch in all eight games, while Ohrnberger is missing his fifth straight game, Love his missing his sixth in a row and LeVoir is out for the fourth consecutive time. This is Wendell's first time on the inactive list this season.

The Patriots are only carrying seven offensive linemen into the game. If Mankins starts, Dan Connolly and Quinn Ojinnaka are the only backups. Connolly can play all three interior spots, while Ojinnaka, who was worked mostly at right tackle with the Patriots, has played every position on the line except center.
