Manny Pacquiao apparently didn’t walk away from his victory over Antonio Margarito completely unharmed.

According to TMZ, the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world has been in bed with wrist and rib injuries. Sources tell the station that “he was in bed [Monday] morning in pain, lying in a fetal position.”

Pacquiao was visited by a doctor in his L.A. home on Monday and was unable to make a scheduled appearance on TMZ Live.

Fear not, concertgoers, as Pacquiao has also been cleared by doctors to sing in his concert party in Lake Tahoe in Reno, Nev., according to ABS-CBN.com. The concert will take place at the Harrah’s Hotel on Tuesday night.

Curious how he will sound despite reported rib injuries? If this following video is any indication of Tuesday’s performance, than ticket holders are in for a fantastic evening.
