Apparently, Charles N'Zogbia isn't the only French link to Liverpool this week.

Manager Roy Hodgson was reportedly on hand in France to watch Gervinho play for Lille of Ligue 1. According to L'Equipe, Hodgson also might have had an eye on 19-year-old Eden Hazard.

The manager told L'Equipe that Gervinho "was not the only good player on the field," according to LFC TV.

Gervinho, 23, has 17 goals in 40 appearances for Lille while having 19 caps for Ivory Coast.

Hazard was born in Belgium and joined Lille in 2007, appearing in 85 games and scoring 11 goals.
