Which Injured Bruin's Absence From Lineup Is Having Biggest Impact? The Bruins struggled offensively again on Saturday night as it looks like they're starting to feel the impact of the injury bug.

Playing without two of the game's best centers in the game — Marc Savard and David Krejci — the B's have sputtered offensively after a blazing hot start.

Both Savard and Krejci are missing time with injuries, with Savard's still much more serious than Krejci. In fact, Krejci skated with the team on Sunday, but there is still no timetable for his return.

But that's not the only places the Bruins are a little thin. Johnny Boychuk, who has continued to develop into a valuable asset on the blue line for the Bruins, remains out with a fractured forearm. All the while, forward Marco Sturm and his offensive skill set continue to recover from knee surgery.

The Bruins were getting by, rather impressively even, for the first month of the season, but there latest dip in production could be a result of mounting injuries.
