Braylon Edwards opened his mouth on Wednesday and not surprisingly, what he said has New England in a bit of an uproar.

Edwards spoke about how he felt the Patriots ran up the score in their 45-3 win over Edwards and the Jets on Monday night. On Wednesday night, a pair of NESN Daily insiders spoke about how they felt about Edwards' comments.

"The Jets talked so much smack before the game and this is what happens when you do that," The Boston Globe's Shalise Manza Young said. "The Patriots always do their talking on the field and Monday they virtually screamed at the Jets."

ESPN.com's Mike Reiss went as far as to call the remarks "pathetic."
