Fan Forum: How Many Games Will Celtics' Win Streak Last? In the "Big Three Era" the Celtics have become accustomed to winning a lot of games — and doing so in bunches.

The Celtics will tip down in Charlotte on Saturday night looking for their tenth-consecutive win. If the C's were to take down the Bobcats, it would be the fifth time since Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett all came together that the Celtics will have had a 10-game win streak.

In their first season together, the 2007-08 season the Celtics opened the season winning eight straight, with their longest streak coming in February and March, when they were victors of 10 straight.

The 2008-09 season was one with a pair of impressive streaks. There was 12-game run that started in January and lasted into February. Then, of course, there was the 19-game hot streak that came early in the season.

The Celtics are used to winning streaks, but it's hard to remember a time in which they've played as well as they are right now. It won't be easy to keep it going, though, as the Bobcats are always tough and following Saturday's tilt, the Celtics head to Madison Square Garden to take on the red-hot New York Knicks, winners of seven in a row themselves.
