Fan Forum: Who's Your Favorite NFL Broadcasting Team of All Time? Every Sunday, sports fans across America settle in for a day of football, and when they do so, a few familiar voices usually join in.

Those voices, of course, come from broadcast booths across the country where some of the television's best broadcast teams bring fans across the country play-by-play calls and color commentary of all of the biggest games that weekend.

Each generation of sports fans have their favorites — often feeling just as strong about their least favorites, as well. One man — Al Michaels — has seemingly been around forever. He'll be in the NBC booth on Sunday night as Football Night in America invades Gillette Stadium. He'll be flanked by Cris Collinsworth, a team that some call the best in the business today.

Going back, who can forget the duo of John Madden and Pat Summerall? Not only did these two work together in the broadcast booth for many years, it was their voices who called countless hours of video game highlights on the Madden series.

For those old enough to remember, the trio of Don Meredith, Frank Gifford and the immortal Howard Cosell probably take the cake. The three of them were well-known for their work on Monday Night Football. Some of their work has been showcased as of late, also, with the unfortunate passing of Meredith recently.
