Boston braced itself for the marketing mogul known as Shaquille O’Neal when rumors started to surface that the team was signing the future Hall of Famer this past summer.

The big man hasn’t disappointed the locals whatsoever. Shaq already has pretended to be a statue in Harvard Square, crashed a wedding, played the role of Santa Claus and recently led the Boston Pops with conductor Keith Lockhart.

But where does Shaq stack up with Boston’s longtime celebrity athlete, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady? Brady, with his dashing good looks and photogenic smile, is plastered on billboards and in magazines — whether arm in arm with supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen or not.

While TB12 recently made an appearance on HBO’s Entourage, Shaq happens to have his own reality show, Shaq Vs.The C’s center also has done some work on the silver screen, starring in such films as Blue Chips, Steel and Kazam.
