Report: Al Golden to Accept University of Miami Football Coaching Job

"The U" has their new guy.

According to ESPN.com, Temple head coach Al Golden has accepted an offer to become the next head coach for the University of Miami football team.

The 41-year-old helped the Owls go from an NCAA laughingstock into a team that won 17 games over the past two season.

Golden was previously the defensive coordinator at Virginia as well as an assistant at Penn State and Boston College.
