Maybe if Joe Thornton had stormed into the Bruins front office and showed off his singing voice and superior dancing abilities, the B’s would have never let him go. On the other hand, they probably would have done so faster.
Thornton and a handful of his San Jose Sharks teammates chipped in for San Jose’s ownership group — Silicon Valley Sports and Entertainment — as they put together their annual holiday video.
In the video, Thornton and teammates like Patrick Marleau, Ryan Clowe and Dany Heatley don some impressive v-neck sweaters and sing questionable remakes of holiday classics.
