Seahawks fans playfully pelted Jets players as they walked off the field following a 13-3 loss in 2008. Shaun Ellis decided to return the favor, and the then-rookie defensive lineman vaulted a giant snowball into the stands at the assailants.

Now, according to the New York Post, Ellis is being sued by the man he struck, Robert Larson, who is claiming "physical injury, humiliation, mental distress, pain and wage loss from the incident."

Larson also claims that Ellis dismissed the event as "all in good fun."

The NFL previously fined Ellis $10,000 for the incident. Larson did not specify what monetary damages he is seeking.
