After a season of shuffling lineups with a new cast of players nearly every game, Red Sox manager Terry Francona is finally getting rewarded.

With the signings of Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford, the Red Sox have a solid lineup full of offensive stars. However, there are still a few minor challenges that await Francona in the 2011 season.

According to Jerry Remy's analysis, Francona tends to steer clear of putting too many left-handed bats in a row in the Red Sox' batting order. By balancing the left-handers with the right-handers, the Red Sox present a more difficult lineup to pitch to.
