This hockey fan should not have let go of his Eggos.

According to The Associated Press, Joseph Robb, the disgruntled Toronto fan who tossed a stack of waffles onto the ice during the Maple Leafs-Thrashers game on Monday, was charged with criminal mischief and has been barred from the Air Canada Centre.

Robb threw the waffles out of protest against the team's lackluster performance this season. The Leafs are 12-17-4 on the year and rank 28th out of the 30 NHL teams heading into Wednesday night's matchup against the Devils.

In his defense, Robb told the AP that he's "just a normal Leafs fan, I love them to death."

In addition to his ban from the Air Canada Centre, Robb has been banned from other Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment events at BMO Field and Ricoh Coliseum.
