Chris Stewart Pulls Off Tall Task of Taking Down Zdeno Chara, But Gets Boarding Penalty in Process

As you might have heard, Zdeno Chara is a tall man. That's why, when the 6-foot-9 defenseman gets taken down, it's kind of a big deal.

That's exactly what Avalanche forward Chris Stewart was able to do on Saturday in the Bruins' 6-2 win over Colorado. However, as impressive as Stewart's feat may have been given the fact that he was giving up seven inches to the big guy, the officials were not impressed.

Despite the fact that Stewart was sent off for two minutes for boarding, NESN's Andy Brickley called the hit, "a good hockey hit."
