When all else fails, ask a former Playboy model.
Polish soccer club Warta Poznan is taking that mentality, as Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska has been named club chair of the struggling franchise.
According to Agence France-Presse, Lukomska-Pyzalska, 33, plans to "run a tight ship" as the leader of one of Poland's oldest teams.
"I worked as a model a good few years ago [and] I've been in construction and property development for five years," she said. "In those five years, we've become one of Poznan's leading developers. I think I can achieve the same in football. "I don't have a light touch in the construction sector. I'll be looking for the same things in football: order and discipline."
When asked about the difficulty of being a woman in charge of men, Lukomska-Pyzalska was unfazed.
"This isn't a problem for me," she said. "It's my meat and drink."
