John Muse Continues to Rise to the Challenge for Boston College Following Complicated Hip Surgery

If you watched John Muse play hockey, you wouldn't know the goaltender underwent complicated hip surgery within the past two years.

In fact, Muse was diagnosed with a mechanical disorder in his hips after his sophomore season with the Eagles, one that had to be surgically repaired if he ever wanted to play hockey again. The East Falmouth, Mass. native went through an intense rehab program to regain his strength and came back to lead the Eagles to their second national championship in three years.

Now in his senior season, Muse continues his stellar play in net for the Eagles, helping his team rank atop the best teams in the country yet again. For his teammates, it's a confidence booster just knowing that Muse is back there in net, and he continues to deliver on a nightly basis.
