LSU fans had enough trouble watching Nick Saban on ESPN's crew on Monday night, so when the newsflash popped up that Les Miles had visited Michigan earlier in the day, they must have been completely on edge.

Fortunately for them, though Miles isn't going anywhere.

"I am pleased to announce that Les Miles will remain the head coach at LSU," LSU athletic director Joe Alleva said on the school's website Tuesday. "Les has led this program to many great successes on the field and his players represent LSU well off the field. We look forward to many great years of LSU football under his leadership."

Miles took the job at LSU after Saban left the school for the NFL after the 2004 season. He has four years at $3.75 million left on his contract, according to Nola.com. He met with Michigan on Monday, where he played his college football and served as offensive line coach from 1987-1994.
