It looks like Adrian Beltre has finally found a home after an eventful offseason.

According to Yahoo’s Tim Brown, Beltre has agreed to a multiyear deal with the Texas Rangers. The contract details have not been reported, but it was speculated that the third baseman will receive a six-year contract worth anywhere between $90 and $100 million.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s Jeff Wilson tweeted that Beltre will be in the Dallas area on Wednesday night in preparation for a physical with the Rangers.

It was initially reported that the Rangers were not feeling optimistic about a Beltre deal, and current third baseman Michael Young was not open to changing positions to accommodate Beltre’s addition to the roster. On Wednesday morning, however, Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News tweeted that Young had agreed to switch to DH or any other position to welcome Beltre to the club.

The Red Sox will now receive two top draft picks since they offered Beltre arbitration earlier in the offseason. One will be a supplementary first-round pick, and the other will come from the Rangers.
