Shaquille O'Neal Wishes LeBron James Well, Rocks Hooded Sport Coat on 'Late Show With David Letterman' When you’re a giant of a man, you probably need to get all of your clothes custom made anyway, so why not start putting hoods on your sport coats?

That must be the mantra of Shaquille O’Neal, who showed off his Frankenstein-like outerwear Tuesday night on the Late Show With David Letterman.

Shaq flew to New York on Tuesday to appear on the show for the first time in 10 years. There, he discussed how he found his Sudbury, Mass., home, his thought process in choosing to sign in Boston, his appreciation of Bill Russell, his thoughts on LeBron James‘ departure from Cleveland, his relationship with Kobe Bryant and plenty more.

Quote of the Day

“I love it. I consider myself an old man, to hear that I’m a boy-toy? That’s terrific.”
–Phil Jackson, the Lakers’ 65-year-old coach, to ESPN.com regarding Mavericks owner Mark Cuban calling him Jeanie Buss’ boy-toy

Comment of the day

That 18-year-old kid on the Bruins really has not proven to be a superstar in the three months he’s had to showcase his talents. Ship that bum out of town!

(This is probably why they don’t let the fans run the team.)

“Trade Seguin and [Blake Wheeler], enough of waiting for the so called future of this team! Trade them this year for a proven goal scorer and win the cup this year! Segin is to soft to be a bruin anyway! Ryder is great in the playoffs so he needs to stay in boston!”
