Which Three Bruins Have Won the NHL All-Star Game MVP Award?

Once (almost) every year, one NHL player is able to consider himself the best of the best — at least for one night.

In every All-Star Game since 1962, one player has been awarded the game's MVP, and in three of those games, the recipient of the award happened to be representing the Black and Gold of Boston.

The game has been tweaked many, many times over the years, and this year is no different. For the first time in the exhibition's history, the teams will be decided by two captains, Eric Staal of the host Hurricanes and Nicklas Lidstrom of the Red Wings. In years past, the game has worn many hats: East vs. West, Wales vs. Campbell, North America vs. World and even All-Stars vs. host cities (Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit).

Since there was no All-Star Game last year due to the Winter Olympics, the last MVP award winners have been Alexei Kovalev (2009), Staal (2008) and Daniel Briere (2007). What three Bruins have won the All-Star Game MVP Award?
