Life in the AHL is full of peaks and valleys. Providence Bruins center Zach Hamill is on top of one of those peaks right now, finding his stride offensively.

Hamill is now second on the P-Bruins in points, just a few behind fellow prospect Jamie Arniel, and he leads the club in assists with 21.

He recently sat down with Adam Kaufman. Among the things they spoke about were the constant search for consistency in the minors, as well as his improving chemistry with linemates Jeremy Reich and Jordan Caron.
