Alex Rodriguez Lands $6 Million Condo in Upper West Side of Manhattan (Photos) Yankees fans are hoping Riverside Drive is traffic-free on game days, as slugger Alex Rodriguez will likely be taking that route to work every day — assuming his helicopter is in the shop, that is.

The Rushmore, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is A-Rod's new home. The third baseman recently landed a $6 million condo in the posh building located on the banks of the Hudson River and just a few blocks west of Central Park.

Check out the former MVP's new digs, which even comes with a theater room where he and a certain movie star can share all the popcorn they want in private.
