Even Manhattan sandwich shops are getting excited for Carmelo Anthony's arrival to the Big Apple's Madison Square Garden.
In honor of the new Knicks forward, the Carnegie Deli has come up with the Melo sandwich, which is piled high with pastrami, corned beef, salami, bacon, lettuce, tomato and Russian dressing.
"We threw in bacon because he's gonna bring the bacon back to New York," owner Sandy Levine told the New York Daily News. "And the salami — it's a spicy meat — he's going to spice up the team and spice up the fans."
The monstrous meal will run hungry Knicks fans $22.
