The shocking deadline deal that sent Kendrick Perkins out of Boston has left fans and media scrambling for answers. According to one report, the C’s players are, too.
“As you’d expect, Celtics vets are livid over trade of Kendrick Perkins, sources say,” reported Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter. “He’s the tough guy, enforcer. But BOS can’t pay him.”
Perkins was dealt along with Nate Robinson to Oklahoma City in exchange for Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic.
