After a four-year drought, hockey fans have seen two hockey fights in the last week.

The most recent came on Wednesday night at TD Garden when Bruins goalie Tim Thomas and Canadiens goalie Carey Price decided to get in on the fun.

With both teams engaged in a scrap in the corner of the Montreal end, Thomas skated down the ice, met up with Price, and both decided to throw down. Neither seemed to get the better end of the fight, but the scrap ignited the capacity crowd.

Thomas grabbed Price's jersey, tangling him up, before the two exchanged attempted punches before falling to the ice in a ball of goalie equipment.

Just last week, Pittsburgh's Brent Johnson and the Islanders' Rick DiPietro were involved in the first goalie fight since the 2007 season.
