The Dropkick Murphys threw the ultimate Boston party for their latest video, "Going Out in Style."
Rolling Stone released the exclusive video – which is the title track of the band's new album – on Tuesday, and it features an all-star cast of familiar Boston faces.
According to Rolling Stone, the music video centers on the story of an old Irishman "with no regrets who's throwing a giant party toward the end of his life."
Among the invitees to the "wild Irish party," were Bobby Orr, Shawn Thornton, Milan Lucic, Kevin Youkilis, Jonathan Papelbon, "Irish" Micky Ward and NESN's Heidi Watney.
All the stars from Boston have brief cameos throughout the video, as Youkilis and Lucic are the victims of a snowball attack, while Thornton and Watney are featured at the bar taking shots of Irish whiskey. When asked if she was taking real shots, Watney tweeted, "real shots of soda."
