Cowboys Stadium TV Screen to Fall From Record Books As Charlotte Motor Speedway Builds Larger Model

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones might need to put some rabbit ears on his newly outdated monstrosity of a television.

Jones, the fiercely competitive owner, has been outdone by the Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about to unveil the world's largest TV screen. And it's going to dwarf Jones' model.

The Speedway's new screen will be 30 percent larger than the video boards at Cowboys Stadium, and that will surely make Jones an angry billionaire.

Jones built the state-of-the-art Cowboys Stadium two years ago, and the famous screen is 160 feet wide and 72 feet tall. But everything is bigger in Carolina, which will be the new home of a TV screen that will measure 200 feet wide and 80 feet tall. It is expected to be unveiled May 29.

Jones probably wishes he invested in Best Buy's buyback plan.
