Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather Negotiations Reportedly Begin, While Roger Mayweather Continues PED Accusations For years now, we've all had to deal with countless rumors and reports regarding the one fight we all want to see: Floyd Mayweather Jr. versus Manny Pacquiao. Despite how close the fight was to happening at several points, it never happened, and we've all come to accept the fact that it likely never will.

Yet, there is a new report that says the two sides are beginning to negotiate.

Mayweather's uncle, Jeff Mayweather, told fighthype.com that he's trying to organize a fight in South Africa for Nelson Mandela's 93rd birthday.

"I'm negotiating with both sides and it's just a matter of sending a letter of intent to Manny and one to Floyd through me and see where it can go," he told the website. "I still gotta talk to Floyd and find out exactly what he wants and things like that and see if we can make it happen."

Considering how much legal trouble the boxer is facing, he might not have Mandela's 93rd birthday or Manny Pacquiao on the forefront of his mind.

Pacquiao is, however, on Roger Mayweather's mind, as another uncle of the fighter made yet another claim that Pacquiao takes performance-enhancing drugs.

"My nephew will whoop his ass easy," Roger Mayweather told AOL Fanhouse (warning, there's some profanity). "He's already been knocked out anyway. He's already been knocked out twice at 105 pounds. How is this guy beating people down at 147, 150 pounds? Because he's on [PEDs], that's how. I know. I'll say it to his trainer's [Freddie Roach] face, who couldn't even fight himself."

Good to know Roger's still Roger.
