8:40 p.m.: It seems one of the Richmond, Va., teams will be going home this evening, as the Jayhawks continues their tear against the Spiders, leading 44-26 early in the second half.

Jimmer Fredette fans got disappointing news, as the Florida Gators edged the BYU Cougars in overtime to advance to the Elite Eight.

On Friday night, the final half of the Elite Eight will be determined as four matchups lay ahead. Will any of the Cinderella seeds move on? Virginia Commonwealth, Richmond and Marquette all face tough tests in this round — will they still be dancing by the end of the night.
