Radio Host Launches Facebook Group to Get Charlie Sheen to Throw First Pitch at Indians' Home Opener The national frenzy over and obsession with Charlie Sheen seems to have subsided over the past couple of weeks, but apparently not in Cleveland.

Indians fans launched a Facebook group with the intention of getting the Major League star to throw out the first pitch at the team's home opener. The group was started on March 11 by Cleveland radio host Chad Zumock, and it currently has more than 1,700 fans.

Unfortunately for the group, it seems as though it's time to abandon hope, as Zumock posted the following on the page: "I got this in return from my e-mails [with the Indians]:Thank you for the communication. We are celebrating Bob Feller's [life] on Opening Day, and his wife Ann and the US Navy will be honoring Bob with a silent first pitch."
