LeBron James was supposed to make an appearance at Atlanta’s Opera nightclub on March 17, but he has instead decided to take his talents to rivals Gold Room, a venue at the site of the city’s legendary Gold Club.

The problem, though, is that unlike last summer’s “Decision,” LeBron was under reportedly contract with Opera, and his agent received $15,000 in deposits for the appearance despite canceling in favor of a trip to the Gold Room, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Now, Opera is suing, claiming, “reputation is crucial to conducting … business at Opera and the public has an expectation that defendant James will appear at Opera.” The suit also says that Opera would suffer “irreparable injury, loss and damage” if James instead appears at the Gold Room.

The original appearance agreement was a fee of $25,000 for one hour at Opera.
