Report: Tom Brady Selling New York Condo to Robert Stiller, Vermont’s Richest Man, for $17.5 Million

Mar 21, 2011

NFL lockout or not, nobody is all that worried about the state of Tom Brady's bank account.

Now, the Patriots quarterback has banked another $3.5 million in profit, selling his Upper West Side condo for $17.5 million after paying $14 million for it 2006, according to Business Insider.

The price, paid by Vermont's richest man, Robert Stiller of Green Mountain Coffee fame, was actually $1 million under the $18.5 million asking price.

The pad, a paltry 3,000 square feet atop the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, features quite the view of Central Park and the Hudson River.
