A crowd of 78,936 watched the United States men's soccer team surprise Argentina in a soccer exhibition Saturday at New Meadowlands Stadium.

At the 59th minute, 18-year-old Juan Agudelo scored the equalizer as the two sides played to a 1-1 draw. It was Agudelo's second goal in three international exhibitions.

Argentina's Esteban Cambiasso scored during the 42nd minute to take the lead just before halftime.

Aguedelo's tally followed Landon Donovan's free kick and initial header by U.S. captain Carlos Bocanegra that was turned away by Argentina goalkeeper Mariano Andujar.

The U.S. came in ranked 19th in the world, while Argentina was the No. 4 squad in the world rankings.
