Bruins' Power-Play Woes Could Be Solved With Extra Effort Solving the Bruins’ power play issues does not require the application of rocket science. Move the puck, drive the net, and the goals should come.

They haven’t been coming lately, of course, but’s Douglas Flynn says the issue can be solved with — simply — extra effort.

“There’s no mystery here. They understand this. They know what they need to do. It’s just a matter of going out and executing it,” he told Naoko Funayama in Montreal prior to Game 4. “A lot of it is effort. You have one more guy out there, so if you have five guys working harder than four guys, you should get some production out of it.”
