It’s the matchup many have anticipated all year long.
The Boston Celtics will take on the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference semifinals, showcasing the C’s Big Three against the Heat’s trio of talent.
The Celtics swept the New York Knicks in the first round, cruising easily to an impressive 4-0 playoff record, and the Heat sealed their fate Wednesday night with a 97-91 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers to cap their first-round series at 4-1.
The men in green will have had more rest, but the Heat will have the confidence from beating the C’s 100-77 in their final regular season matchup on April 10.
