The man who’s used weird catchphrases like “winning” and “tiger blood” to become among the most famous people in America performed at Agganis Arena in Boston on Tuesday night, and afterward, he headed over to 98.5 The Sports Hub’s studios for 90 minutes of “Warlock Radio.” He talked about pretty much everything, but when he was asked what he would tell Red Sox fans, his message was clear.
“I’d tell everybody to shut up, that they’ll bounce back,” Sheen said, according to Boston Dirt Dogs. “It’s a long season and there’s a ton of talent there and a really bitchin’ hitter’s park they play in. Relax.”
Wait a second. Early-April struggles, not living up to expectations, someone urging fans to relax. Where have we heard this before?
It sounds a whole lot like Dustin Pedroia‘s famous “Laser show, so relax” declaration from last year. Who knew Pedroia and Sheen were so alike?
