Dance-Off Between NBA Mascots, Pistons Automotion Dance Team Devolves Into Stripping Mayhem

The Detroit Pistons and their fans may have endured a season to forget, but in the midst of all of the misery, the franchise did successfully fall back on a time-tested strategy: If the team isn’t performing, at least have ridiculous sideshows to get fans in the stands.

For the birthday of Pistons mascot Hooper a couple of weeks ago, the horse and his various other mascot friends challenged the Pistons Automotion dance team to a dance-off. After busting out the “Dougie” and the “Macarena” followed by an interpretive dance, things really went south, as the birthday boy and his friends ended up in their mascot birthday suits, writhing to Nelly‘s “Hot in Herre.”
