David Wright Selling Flatiron District Bachelor Pad for $7.85 Million Mets third baseman David Wright is movin' on up to the East Side.

But he still has to sell his ultimate bachelor pad in NYC's Flatiron district. The asking price? Just a cool $7.85 million.

The penthouse was purchased by the Mets All-Star back in 2006 for $6.1 million and after more than four years at the pad, he decided to move to Manhattan's Upper East Side last month.

Not only does the crib feature a full salt-water aquarium in the family room, it has a state of the art sound system on the roof deck.
