You know what they say: Every Rose (Garden) has its thorn.

Unfortunately for Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, the thorn in is case happened to be a ticked-off Blazers fan with perfect accuracy.

The outspoken owner claims to have been struck in the face by an unknown object during Thursday night’s playoff game in Portland’s Rose Garden. Cuban told The Associated Press that he was unhurt by whatever it was. Cuban was sitting in the crowd behind the Mavericks’ bench during the Blazers’ 97-92 win and he was reportedly interacting with fans who were booing him late in the game.
