Mark Herzlich, Greg McElroy Highlight List of Top 10 NFL Draft Sleepers If these "sleeper" lists were an exact science, they'd all be first-round picks.

Of course, that's not the case. A draft sleeper could be defined a few different ways, but for this list, they're mid-to-late-round picks who met some of the following criteria: they went to small schools, had a major setback due to injury, displayed an obvious set of intangibles and have the physical tools to separate themselves at an NFL level.

This isn't a top-10 list in its most natural sense. Rather, it's a list of 10 players who will be overlooked next week but will have a good chance to play a long time in the NFL.
