Bruins Enjoying Series Victory Over Flyers, But Ready to Focus on Upcoming Matchup With Lightning

Mere moments after the Bruins stepped off the ice after sweeping the Philadelphia Flyers in the Eastern Conference semifinals, players were already talking about the upcoming matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Bruins say they will definitely celebrate their first Eastern Conference finals appearance in 19 years, but they will also spend the days ahead focusing on what they need to accomplish in the upcoming series to continue their successful postseason run.

"In some way it's a nice goal to reach … but the next round is going to be a tough one," captain Zdeno Chara said after the 5-1 victory at TD Garden. "We're going to get some rest and prepare for the next round, but right now we're going to enjoy today's victory."
